How to Improve Your Writing Skills for Career Success

In this post, we’re going to be looking at some tips and tricks that you can follow to improve your writing skills for boosting your chances of career success. 1. Learn the Not-So-Commonly-Known (but Important) Grammar Rules It’s not going to be pleasant to have your work or bid rejected due to such errors that you don’t even know about. Squinting modifiers, dangling modifiers, comma splices…all these fancy-sounding errors can be committed even by experienced writers. They can have a negative effect on the quality of your content, which can consequently risk your success in the writing biz. So, when it comes to brushing up on your grammar skills, you have to get familiar with more than just the good old apostrophe uses comma placements, "an" and "a" differentiation, etc.                                               One of the easiest and simplest ways to learn about these types of “advanced” grammar rules is to take an online course or read a couple of reliable articles/blog posts on the topic. But we’re not going to send you off just like that. We’ll list some of those grammar errors here before moving on: Comma splices Run-on sentences Dangling modifiers Squinting modifiers Unclear antecedents Misused homophones 2. Make a Habit to Read Daily Arguably, reading is a better way to improve writing skills than the actual writing itself. When you read content written by an expert or a professional, there’s a lot that you passively learn. You learn new words, new ways to form sentences, correct application of grammatical rules as well as the proper employment of colloquialisms. You can also soak up the writing style and tone of the author (which is fine…for beginners).                                               So, apart from learning about new grammar rules and whatnot, here are some things that you can read to build your skills: Newspapers Books Articles Blog posts You have to do it regularly because a broken and interrupted habit won't be able to benefit you much. 3. Learn How to Use Complex Vocabulary Unless you’re writing a press report or a research paper, it’s not going to be a good idea to flaunt your vocabulary to your readers. This is something that rookies can do a lot, and it can make their work look childish and amateurish. But, despite that, it’s always a good idea to have a good stock of alternative words and synonyms on standby. Basically, here’s the thing. Nowadays, a lot of writing careers center around blogging and copywriting: both of which are done for the perusal of the general public. Due to this, using complex vocabulary can, far from showing your proficiency, make you look pretentious. But even in these types of content, you can use some advanced words if you do it properly. Keep in mind using advanced words is not useless. If you use them correctly, they can make you look like an expert and a professional. If you want to use a complex word in your content, it's always a good idea to somehow explain it on the spot. By 'explain,' we don't mean that you should start a two-paragraph exposition on the particular word. Rather, you can just use it in conjunction with an easier word so that the readers can know that they both mean the same thing. For example, if you ever need to use an old-fashioned or archaic word in your write-up, put a synonym alongside it. Yes, exactly like this sentence. Even if someone does not know the meaning of 'archaic,' they'll automatically understand it due to the word 'old-fashioned.' 4. Learn Complex Vocabulary In the section above, we did huff and puff a lot about using complex words correctly. But, if you want to improve your writing skills, you have to learn some of those, to begin with. There are a couple of different ways in which you can improve your vocabulary. For one, you can just grab a thesaurus and start swotting it up. But unless you have a photographic memory and an IQ of around 150, this technique is not going to be very effective. An easier approach that you can try out is to take some vocabulary-learning exercises from the internet. These exercises usually come in the form of MCQs, and they can be helpful since you can learn new words by associating them with their simpler meanings. And of course, the step that we mentioned at number 2, i.e., making a reading habit, can also be a good way to improve vocabulary. 5. Always Remember to Check and Eliminate Plagiarism You can spend a couple of years improving your writing skills, but it's all going to be for nothing if you don't take the right precautions against content plagiarism. For people in the writing biz, plagiarism is something akin to a disease – something that can destroy and dismantle the integrity and reputation of an author and leave it in tatters. Before you submit your work to your client (or company), you always have to check it for accidental plagiarism. If the report comes back showing that a significant portion (say, 15% or 20%) is plagiarized, you have to eliminate those parts. To get rid of the plagiarized parts, a simple step that you can take is to simply delete them from the content. However, this can be difficult if the coincidentally plagiarized bits play a role in explaining a vital concept or definition, etc. In these sorts of situations, you can try paraphrasing the plagiarized portions of the text. By paraphrasing the text, you’ll be able to change the words and phrases in it…which will, in turn, remove the exact replication. There are different ways in which you can paraphrase text. You can do it manually by just going through the sentences and making some alterations here and there. But this method can be time-taking. To save your precious time, you can delegate this task to a paraphrasing tool instead. There are a lot of paraphrasing tools that you can use, but we recommend using the following since they work smartly: Editpad.org (best for students) Paraphraser.io (best for researchers) Paraphraseonline.io (best for academic professionals) A good paraphrasing tool can make different types of changes to the words and sentences of the content without disturbing the overall context. If you want to find such a tool, simply head over to the internet. There are loads of them available for free that you can easily use. Conclusion Improving writing skills is not a two-day task. It’s a constant and perennial process that requires constant effort and attention. In the post above, we’ve highlighted some steps and tips that you can follow to enhance your writing skills. If you give them proper attention and dedication, these steps will help you take your skills to a professional level.

They can compromise on the language, lack of information, and engagement factor but not on uniqueness. That's why writers and students should always check plagiarism before content submission or publication. However, the problem is that most online plagiarism software needs to show the plagiarism in text and pass the content accurately, but most of them don’t give accurate results This article is written for you if you also face the same issue. This short but helpful article will introduce you to the seven most reliable plagiarism checkers you can use to check any type of plagiarism. Let's start! 1. Turnitin.com If you are a student, scholar, or teacher, Turnitin is the best plagiarism checker that you can use for checking plagiarism in academic documents, especially assignments and research articles. Turnitin not only compares the data with online available sources but also has a comprehensive database that no tool has. It also compares the text with the assignments or papers submitted to universities and colleges. Turnitin emerged as the best solution for the academic sector. That's why most well-known educational institutes to small colleges rely on Turnitin to check for plagiarism. As a result, it has reduced the chances of undetected plagiarism in academic work to the minimum level. Moreover, deceiving this plagiarism detector is more complicated than anyone else. It can also catch paraphrased text, and if the whole text is paraphrased from one or a few sources, it can see it and highlight it to ensure academic integrity. Pros of Turnitin It has an extensive database. It accurately detects plagiarism and mentions sources. It also detects paraphrased text. Cons of Turnitin It is one of the most expensive plagiarism checkers available online. Only academic institutes can purchase this tool. This tool is useless for SEO experts and freelance writers. 2. PlagiarismDetector.net PlagiarismDetector is also a well-reputed plagiarism checker that most writers prefer. According to many writers, this is the best free plagiarism tool as it provides a detailed report that writers usually need to analyze their text. Moreover, it also shows the plagiarism percentage that helps writers decide whether to remove a few instances of plagiarism. It also provides live support to help writers eradicate the issues they face while checking for plagiarism. It also supports multiple types of file formats. So, users can skip copying and pasting the text and then copying it again to remove plagiarized portions. Another benefit of using this tool is that users can check plagiarism of up to 25,000 words in a single query. So, you don't need to break up your text into chunks before checking for plagiarism. If you have never tried this tool to check plagiarism, try it now, and you will love everything about it, including results, reports, and an easy-to-use interface. Pros of PlagiarismDetector Its free version is as accurate as its' competitors' paid versions. Allows users to check plagiarism up to unlimited words without paying for them. It provides support to assist writers in the process. It ensures data safety. Cons of PlagiarismDetector The free version of PlagiarismDetector doesn't allow deep searches. Sometimes it shows a few ads to free users. 3. PlagiarismChecker.co Due to its accurate results & reports and user-friendly interface, this plagiarism checker has gained popularity quickly. Many well-known institutes prefer the reports of this plagiarism detector due to its authentic results. For example, Nanyang Technological University also relies on this platform to ensure academic integrity. It supports most international languages, including Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and Arabic. SmallSEOTools.com SmallSEOTools' plagiarism checker is also a reliable option that freelance writers, students, and marketers can use. As this platform is widely used worldwide due to its efficient SEO and other tools, it has worked a lot on its plagiarism detector to make it the best in the market. The beauty of this plagiarism software is that it accurately detects poorly paraphrased text and shows plagiarism. That's why deceiving it is comparatively more complicated than many of its competitors. However, despite providing accurate results, this free plagiarism checker allows people to check unlimited words without worrying about the end of the trial period. Moreover, it also shows the sources that can assist writers in modifying the text. Furthermore, users can also get a detailed report to analyze whether they should make some changes to the text or not. Pros of SmallSEOTools It accurately detects various kinds of plagiarism. Cons of SmallSEOTools Sometimes it shows ads to users. Its free version allows users to check up to 1,000 words at a time. 5. Grammarly.com Many people know Grammarly due to its grammar-checking utility. But it is more than just a grammar and proofreading tool. The premium version of Grammarly allows users to detect plagiarism in the text. Many bloggers and students rely on Grammarly when it comes to plagiarism detection. They rightly do so because it efficiently traces plagiarism in the text and its easy-to-use interface allows them to learn which parts are plagiarized. Moreover, Grammarly Premium also shows the plagiarism percentage and sources so that users can easily eradicate all the instances. Plus, if a user rewrites a sentence and unintentionally plagiarizes another source, it immediately shows plagiarism in the paraphrased text as well. However, the issue with Grammarly is that it needs to provide a detailed report. Pros of Grammarly's Plagiarism Software It is widely accepted by most platforms. It allows users to rewrite sentences in the same file. It immediately updates the files. Cons of Grammarly's Plagiarism Software Users need to get detailed reports. 6. Copyscape.com Copyscape is an expensive but reliable tool considered the best in the industry. It has an excellent user interface that allows even newbies to check plagiarism without any hassles. Moreover, its reports are detailed and can easily be analyzed by anyone. Besides its rates, another drawback of this plagiarism software is that it doesn't let users perform other tasks like checking grammar, proofreading, and paraphrasing. Those who use it also need other online tools to perform various other tasks. On the positive side, Copyscape only has one tool, that's why the company is using the best methods to check plagiarism in the text. In addition, it frequently updates its database and algorithms, making it more precise with time.   Pros of Copyscape This online plagiarism-checking platform is arguably the best in detecting copied sentences. It also catches badly paraphrased portions. Allows direct comparison. Provide comprehensive reports. Cons of Copyscape Doesn't provide some additional tools. Quite more expensive than most plagiarism checkers. 7. Quetext When it comes to checking plagiarism in academic, SEO, and marketing content, Quetext is also a reliable choice. The plagiarism checker on this platform is powered by AI and Deep Search technologies to identify plagiarism from any text smartly. Furthermore, another advantage of using this plagiarism detector is that you don't need to worry about your data's safety. Quetext respects data privacy, and it doesn't misuse it. Quetext can also detect plagiarism in paraphrased text, which is why it has gained most users' trust. In addition, using the same platform, users can also resolve multiple issues they face during content creation. For example, it helps students and scholars build citations without hassle. Pros of Quetext Quetext is an inexpensive alternative to Turnitin. It is more precise than many of its competitors. It also offers a free trial to every user. Cons of Quetext Sometimes it shows plagiarism in some unique phrases or sentences. Its free version needs to be more accurate than its paid version. Wrap Up There are hundreds of plagiarism-checking online tools available that claim to be the best in the business. But only some people are reliable, as some ordinary tools don't detect plagiarism in the copied text. However, the tools mentioned in this article are very efficient. Every tool has pros and cons, as some are better for students and others are only helpful for SEO experts, freelancers, and bloggers. Some are expensive, and others are free. Choosing the perfect plagiarism checker is tricky, as not all are created equal. This article has mentioned each tool's pros and cons so that users can easily decide which one they prefer according to their needs.

The answer is that the IELTS is not mandatory to travel to Australia for studying. But remember, an alternative English proficiency test is mandatory for candidates wishing to study in Australia.  For candidates who belong to a country where English is not the first language, an English proficiency test is mandatory. Taking English proficiency is not mandatory for candidates who belong to a country where English is the first language. However, they also have to indirectly prove their English skills through academic records. To be honest, you need to appear for an English proficiency test in order to travel to Australia for studying or working. In this blog post, we will explore the various options available for students looking to invest, including low-cost index funds and Robo-advisors, and also discuss "solutions wealth management" as one of the best options available. One of the best options for students looking to invest is a Robo-advisor. The advantages of reading a real book vs an ebook

Today, the trend of increased digitalisation has permeated every area of the economy. Although it has been helpful in the majority of circumstances, its consequences have been a source of contention in several industries. The publishing business is one such industry. While e-books have been acclaimed for their numerous benefits, such as portability, cheaper costs, and more accessibility, experts remain divided over their influence on children. Many research have challenged the notion that e-books are superior to printed books. According to a recent poll, 69% of youngsters prefer reading actual books over technological versions. Furthermore, some experts have claimed that e-books may have a negative impact on imagination and the parent-child connection. This article addresses some of the benefits of reading real books rather than e-books for youngsters. AIMING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF CAREGIVER-CHILD INTERACTION Reading to children has been identified as an activity that strengthens parental relationships by allowing caregivers to communicate with their children. According to a research that analysed the patterns of interaction of parents with their toddlers, parents interacted with their children more when reading print versions of books rather than e-versions of books. Another study hypothesised that youngsters prone to emotional outbursts preferred real books over e-books. Such contacts, particularly in schools, are critical for boosting language development and fostering social relationships. These factors can have a substantial influence on the child's general growth and development, as well as the quality of their relationships later in life. PHYSICAL BOOKS HELP WITH MATERIAL RETENTION Reading from tangible books, according to cognitive scientists throughout the world, can enhance greater recall of the material. Several studies have shown that people who read from physical books recall the key aspects of the novel better. This is due to a variety of factors, including a movement in the weight of the book from right to left. This change gives tactile and visual clues that aid in visualising narrative elements and tale details. E-books strain the eyes and disrupt Circadian rhythms. Several studies show that screen brightness has a negative influence on the user's eyes. Long-term screen exposure, even with low-light generating devices, can strain your toddler's eyes and cause long-term harm. This is not the case with tangible books that are read in excellent illumination. Furthermore, exposure to screen light, particularly before bedtime, might impair melatonin synthesis in the body, interfering with circadian cycles. A research released in 2014 also suggests this. This study shown that reading e-books before bedtime has a negative impact on sleep quality and may result in crankiness or decreased attentiveness in the individual. THE BOTTOM LINE Reading and storytelling provide several benefits for children, including the facilitation of innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, the reduction of stress, and the enhancement of language skills. The structure of the books and the kind of stories read, however, have a moderating influence in this. Although popular among adults, E-books may be less beneficial to young readers. In addition to the advantages of physical books, one disadvantage of e-books is that it increases the amount of time the child spends online or with a digital device. Excessive impressiveness in these technologies may restrict social engagement and exploring chances. Furthermore, when the youngster is continuously online, it may be difficult to oversee him or her. As a result, before making a decision, one must balance the benefits and drawbacks of each format.

Why Most People Will Never Be Great at Engineering Check Out The Top 10 Reasons

Introduction It's no secret that engineering is a difficult field. It takes years of hard work and practice to become a great engineer. But for most people, that's simply not possible. Here are the top reasons why most people will never be great at engineering. #1: Lack Of Math Skills Engineering is a math-heavy field, and if you don't have the math skills you need to succeed, it's going to be extremely difficult to make it in this industry and get more difficult to achieve the best B.Tech colleges.   #2: Lack Of Creativity In order to be a successful engineer, you need to be creative and think outside the box. Most people simply don't have the creativity needed to thrive in this field.   #3: Lack Of Discipline Engineering is a very demanding field, and if you're not willing to put in the hard work, you're not going to make it far. Discipline is key to becoming a great engineer.   #4: Poor Work Ethic A successful career in engineering demands so many things. For example, it requires a lot of hard work and dedication. If you're not willing or able to put in the effort, you'll never be successful in this field.   #5: Lack Of Interest In The Subject It's no secret that most people are just not interested in engineering. It's a subject that's often seen as dry and boring, and frankly, a lot of people would rather not deal with it. But the thing is, engineering is one of the most important subjects out there. It's what helps us build the world we live in, and it's responsible for some of the most incredible feats of human achievement. So if you're not interested in engineering, that's totally fine. But don't let that stop you from achieving greatness in this field. There are plenty of other things you can be great at—just because you're not good at engineering doesn't mean you're not cut out for it. Like if you take computer science engineering courses but you don't have an interest in this subject you will find zero advantage in it.   #6: Difficulty Understanding The Concepts It's no secret that engineering is a difficult field. But what a lot of people don't realize is that it's not just a matter of understanding the concepts—you also have to be able to apply them in the real world. And this is where a lot of people fall short. They might be able to understand the theory behind engineering, but when it comes to actually build things and solving problems, they're lost. It's one thing to know the answer to a problem; it's another thing entirely to be able to apply that answer in a practical way. This is something that demands a lot of practice, patience, consistency, and perseverance. And most people just don't have the patience or the perseverance to stick with it.   #7: Limited Thinking You might be wondering why most people will never be great at engineering. Well, it has a lot to do with creativity. In order to be a great engineer, you need to be creative. You need to be able to come up with new solutions to problems and see things in a different way. Most people simply don't have that kind of creativity. Sure, they might be able to follow instructions and do the math, but when it comes to thinking outside the box, they're not so good. And that's what separates the great engineers from the rest of the pack.   #8: Weak Problem-Solving Skills You're probably not surprised to hear that problem-solving skills are essential in engineering. After all, when you are an engineer, your main job remains that only- solving problems. But the truth is, most people don't have strong problem-solving skills. They might be able to solve easy problems or problems that they've seen before. But when it comes to solving new problems, they're at a loss. And this is a problem in engineering. In order to be successful, you need to be able to come up with new solutions to problems that you've never seen before. You need to be able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions. Most people just don't have the ability to do this. They get stuck on the first step, and they can't move on from there.   #9: Lack Of Passion For The Field You might be wondering why most people will never be great at engineering. And the answer is simple: lack of passion for the field. It's not that people are incapable of learning engineering concepts because they're definitely not. It's just that a lot of people don't have the desire to put in the hard work necessary to become an expert in this field. And it's no wonder why. When you study in the Engineering college in Punjab is one of the most challenging disciplines out there. It requires a lot of time and dedication to learn all the theories and concepts. And even then, you're always learning new things and expanding your knowledge base. So if you're not passionate about engineering, it's going to be very difficult to become great at it. You need to be excited about learning and constantly push yourself to get better. Without that passion, you'll eventually give up and find another career path.   #10: Fear Of Failure People often give up before they even start because they're afraid of failure. But here's the thing: failure is a part of the learning process. You can't become great at anything without embracing failure. And that's where engineering falls short for most people. It's not because they're incapable of learning, it's because they're not willing to put in the hard work it takes to be great. They're happy with mediocrity, and that's why they'll never be great at engineering. But you're not like that. When you are aware of the fact that failures are the stepping stones to success, you don’t fear them. Instead, you stay strong and keep moving forward. And that's why you'll be a great engineer someday.   Conclusion   You might not be able to change the fact that you're not cut out for engineering, but that doesn't mean you can't still be great at something else. There are plenty of other career options out there, so don't give up. Who knows – maybe you'll find your true calling in something else entirely.

Does Soy Help Prevent Bone Loss in Aging Women

A significant decrease in estrogen production characterizes menopause. Meaning there is breaking down more bone than building because estrogen has lost its protective effect. Soy, it turns out, contains phytoestrogens known as isoflavones. These plant compounds have a chemical structure that is very similar to estrogen. According to U.S. Soy articles, if we eat enough soy, which is high in phytoestrogens, the body recognizes this dietary source of phytoestrogens and boosts continued bone formation while blocking our body's natural aging tendency to break down bone. In this post, we will explain how soy helps to prevent bone loss in aging women and the effective ways to protect your bone health. A soy diet may prevent osteoporosis in menopausal women. A diet high in the protein and isoflavones found in soybeans may protect women going through menopause from bone loss and osteoporosis. This was the initial finding of a study that researchers from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom presented at the Society for Endocrinology annual conference in Edinburgh. Osteoporosis, which means "porous bone," is a disease that causes a decrease in bone density and quality, increasing the risk of fracture. Until a fracture occurs, there are frequently no symptoms. Osteoporosis causes approximately 9 million yearly fractures, or one every three seconds. Women are more likely to contract the disease. Women experience faster bone loss after menopause because they produce less estrogen, a sex hormone that protects against bone loss. Soybeans contain isoflavones, compounds with a chemical structure similar to estrogen. As a result, scientists speculate that they may have a similar effect on bones. The study enrolled 200 women in their early menopause and randomly assigned them to one of two groups. The women in one group took a daily supplement of 30 g of soy protein with 66 mg of isoflavones, while the women in the other group took the same amount of soy protein but without the isoflavones. During the six months the women took the supplements, they provided blood samples that allowed the researchers to measure bone turnover markers. One of these is the protein CTX, a marker of bone resorption, the process by which bone is broken down and its minerals are released into the bloodstream. The results showed that women who took a daily supplement containing both soy protein and isoflavones had significantly lower levels of CTX than women who took only soy protein, implying a lower rate of bone loss and, thus, a lower risk of developing osteoporosis. According to the researchers, women who took soy protein and isoflavone supplements improved their cardiovascular risk markers. Effective Ways to Protect Your Bone Health as You Get Older Consume more calcium You probably know that calcium is essential for bone development but also prevents bone loss later in life. Adults aged 19 to 50 should consume 1,000 milligrams of calcium per day. Women 51 and older, as well as men 71 and older, who are at a higher risk of osteoporosis, should consume 1,200 milligrams of calcium per day. A cup of skim or 1% milk contains about 300 milligrams of calcium, but dairy products aren't the only way to increase calcium intake. Veggies like kale and broccoli, as well as soy products like tofu, dried figs, and calcium-fortified bread and juice, can help you meet your goal. If you cannot meet your calcium requirements through diet alone, your healthcare provider may advise you to take a calcium supplement. However, because the FDA doesn't regulate supplements, you must consult your provider to ensure their safety before taking them. Significantly, because your body can only absorb 500 milligrams of calcium at a time, you may need to divide your vitamin doses throughout the day if you take them. Eat more protein Increased protein consumption can also help to keep your bones healthy and strong. According to research, a lack of protein can reduce calcium absorption and affect bone formation and breakdown rates. Lean meats like poultry and fish, low-fat dairy products, eggs, beans and legumes, and nuts are all good protein sources. However, it is essential to note that too much protein can have the opposite effect on your bones. Generally, 0.8 grams of protein per kg of body weight daily is recommended, along with plenty of vegetables and calcium. Based on your specific health, your healthcare provider can also recommend an appropriate protein intake for you. Quit smoking Tobacco use harms your health in various ways, including an increased risk of lung cancer and stroke. It also increases your chances of developing osteoporosis by slowing the production of cells that help your body form bone. Nicotine can also impair blood flow to your bones. Get screened regularly Your provider will begin screening you for osteoporosis with bone density tests as you age. Women should be screened beginning at age 65 because they are at a higher risk, while men and people assigned male at birth should begin getting bone density tests at age 70. If your bone density test results are normal, you can wait up to ten years before getting another one, depending on your risk factors. People with low bone density (osteopenia) should be screened again in two to five years, depending on severity, whereas those with osteoporosis should be tested again in two years. Cut back on alcohol Similarly, excessive alcohol consumption can weaken your bones by interfering with osteoblasts or cells, aiding bone growth. Furthermore, excessive drinking can increase the likelihood of falling, resulting in fractures if you have low bone density. Moderation is essential if you choose to consume alcohol. The CDC says one drink per day for women and at most two per day for men. One drink is 1.5 ounces of liquor or 12 ounces of beer. Exercise Exercise is essential for overall health, including bone health. Regular exercise causes your body to make more bone, building muscles and encouraging better balance, which can help prevent falls and fractures. Any type of exercise is beneficial, but weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, hiking, jogging, or climbing stairs are especially beneficial for bone health. Weight lifting and push-ups are resistance exercises that can help strengthen your bones. If you're new to exercise or haven't done much physical activity in a while, talk with your primary care provider about how to incorporate more movement safely. Bottomline Finally, the modern uses of Soy isoflavones (SI) are based on their estrogenic activities. SI has proven effective in reducing bone resorption and increasing bone formation. In vitro and in vivo studies using SI to preserve bone loss show more initial promise. However, more research is needed to determine this compound's underlying mechanisms, efficacy, and safety, particularly an investigation into the preventive effects of SI on the typical human diet and the potential of dietary supplements.

Male Infertility What to Know and How to Protect Your Future

Male infertility is a growing issue. As more men delay parenthood and wait to see if their new partner is willing to go the distance before having , quality decreases, and the risk of infertility increases. If you’re ready to have kids but concerned about your fertility, there are steps you can take now to protect your future.  Dr. Hrishikesh Pai states, “ Male infertility can be caused by a low count, poor function, or blockages. Injury, unhealthy lifestyle choices, chronic illnesses, and other factors can also contribute to male infertility.”  If you don’t have time for a child but want to keep your options open, there are steps you can take right now to reduce your risk of male infertility later on, whether you’re thinking about starting a family or just thinking ahead.  These tips will help you protect your future and give you the best chance of fatherhood in the future. Check Your Testosterone Levels It’s no secret that testosterone is key to male fertility. When levels are low, everything from production to function is affected. While some men naturally have lower levels than others, you can also experience low testosterone due to age, diet, stress, and other factors.  While there is no consensus on a specific level where infertility becomes an issue, it’s generally recommended that men check their levels if they’re having trouble starting a family. Get Your Diet in Order Your body works best when it has a healthy diet. If you’re eating a high-fat diet, you’re not only putting your heart at risk but also hampering your fertility. If you’re not at a healthy weight, your diet isn’t providing you with the proper nutrients. It’s also putting you at risk of diabetes, a condition that can lead to male infertility.  When it comes to diet and fertility, beware of processed foods. They might taste good, but they aren’t good for your fertility. Take your time and choose foods carefully. Not only will they help get your body where it needs to be, but they’ll also help keep you healthy and happy. Exercise Regularly Exercise is one of the best ways to improve male fertility. Training can be done in many ways, and there are many benefits. There are a lot of benefits to exercise, but it is important to know that it is not a cure-all and will not work for everyone. Male fertility has been on the decline in recent years due to various reasons, including stress and poor diet. Exercise can help reverse this trend by improving quality and quantity and overall health. Protect Your Testicles Your testicles are the key to your fertility. They produce the necessary and hormones to make your partner pregnant. They also produce anti- antibodies when you have an infection or are stressed. While infections are often curable and can be avoided, anti- antibodies can last for years and often lead to male infertility.  To protect your testicles, avoid infections when you can, and get treatment quickly if you become ill. Stress management is also key, as excessive stress can lead to anti- antibodies and infertility. According to multiple studies, males who experience high stress levels are more likely to have low counts, low testosterone levels, impaired motility, and aberrant generation. As a result, using efficient stress management techniques can improve male fertility. Don’t Smoke and Other Basics Your fertility isn’t all about your testicles. It’s also dependent on your overall health. Smoking can reduce your count and lead to infertility. Alcohol abuse can do the same. If you’re not eating well, getting plenty of sleep, and staying active, you’re missing out on opportunities to protect your fertility.  If you’re not ready to be a parent, use protection. Whether you’re in a relationship or hooking up, contraception can help keep you safe from unplanned pregnancy. Bottom line Protecting your fertility is key to fatherhood and a healthy future. As more men wait to start families, we can expect infertility rates to rise. If you’re ready to have kids and are concerned about infertility, ensure you take care of your body. If you’re not prepared to have kids, take care of your body now to have those children when you’re ready.

Understanding The Anatomy Of The Best Uber Clone App Development

Uber's mobile taxi app resurrected the long-dead taxi business. Taxi app development is the ideal response to the dramatic movement in customer demand toward convenience to provide smartphone consumers with a complete cab booking app. Users nearly have the impression that taxis are just a few clicks away. It's imperative for businesses that specialize in mobile app development to keep up with the constantly evolving technological demands of today's smartphone users. The development of taxi applications, which let both drivers and passengers connect on a platform to suit their needs, is one such area of expertise. Drivers receive transportation requests from passengers. However, using this taxi app involves more than what is simply stated in words. It involves intricate processes and several other characteristics that greatly enhance the user interface. A thorough investigation into the operation of taxi booking apps can greatly increase the clarity of the entire Uber Clone app development process. Here's a look at the Uber clone app's anatomy   Customer Interface panel Drivers have a unique dashboard for managing their rides, but customers use the user interface (UI) to find the app, book a ride, find the driver, route and pay for it. Driver panel While each has its dashboard specifically for managing their rides, customers interact with the consumer UI when looking for the app, booking it, and finding the driver, route, and making payments. The Geo-location feature The integrated geolocation function of the taxi booking app is its most crucial component since it is crucial to understand the location of both the customer and the driver as well as the destination, the route to be taken, and the computation of payment based on the distance traveled. From searching to arriving at the destination, the entire trip itinerary depends on geolocation. Choosing from the ride option Make sure you separate your travel into options, with various car types and models available, along with booking dependability from other ways such as integrating car booking directly from a payment app. This is a desirable and necessary function. Get ride information The ride information UI, which is essentially a component of the aforementioned page, provides users with complete ride details, including the availability of the car types they have booked, the car category they have selected, boarding and destination information, as well as the name and contact information of the driver. The ability to share a ride's details with another person is now a crucial feature because it improves the app's overall security. Make the payment The easier and more varied the payment options are, the more at ease the rider will feel when booking through the app. Cash payments, debit/credit cards, wallets, and online banking are a few common ways to pay. Get the notifications Keep the registered users informed on the products and services you offer, the upcoming new features, the discounts you are offering, and so forth. Ratings/Feedback A driver receives feedback and ratings from third parties, not from users. The capability of the driver to rate a rider is also essential. This is a must to guarantee that you offer both the opportunity to voice their concerns and deal with and resolve them quickly. Scheduling the ride Scheduling rides according to the user's needs and availability is a key feature that has gained popularity in recent years and helps service providers gain customer confidence and increase demand. Understanding the structure or anatomy of the taxi booking app will help you and your mobile app development team determine what features you need in the app, what must be added, and how to build a roadmap for those. Creating The Best Uber Clone App That Rules The On-demand Market Want to create a taxi app for your booking service? As a result, it goes without saying that preparation should begin as soon as possible in order to have a decent chance of obtaining a good score. Let's look at some subject-specific study suggestions that will assist applicants ace this exam: STRATEGIES FOR SUBJECT-SPECIFIC PREPARATION 1. Physics Keeping a list of all the formulae will aid with exam preparation on occasion. Thermodynamics is one of the most significant chapters in this paper, and it is critical to achieve precision and perfection in all of its principles. This exam places the most emphasis on electricity and magnetism. Kinetic Theory, Mechanics, and General Property Matter are other essential topics. 2. Chemistry Organic and physical chemistry are significant topics since they are weighted the most in IIT JAM. Another subject that may need particular attention is inorganic chemistry. Candidates should prepare for the remaining topics in addition to these three, as they are all crucial. This paper can be surprising at times. As a result, covering the complete curriculum becomes critical. 3. Mathematics Differential Calculus is the most significant topic in the study and must be studied thoroughly by the applicant. 5 essential tips and tricks for GATE 2023

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is one of the competitive exams administered on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources Development, National Coordinating Board, and Department of Education by The GATE Committee, faculty members from IISc, and seven other IITs. IIT Kanpur is the organising institute for the upcoming GATE exam. The exam registration process will begin on August 30th, 2022 and will end on September 30th, 2022. The exam is scheduled for February 4th, 5th, 11th, and 12th, 2023. Following the government's announcement that tens of thousands of people will be hired in the federal government over the next 18 months, the ongoing discussion about the examination has become more interesting. Here are some expert-recommended tips and strategies to help aspirants improve their preparation for the GATE 2023 exam: UNDERSTANDING THE EXAM PATTERN AND SYLLABUS: Before beginning exam preparation, aspirants must understand the syllabus and exam pattern. Because the exam pattern is not the same for all disciplines, aspirants must have a thorough understanding of the pattern. Aspirants should also be aware that the exam pattern varies depending on the marks division and segments; only the General Aptitude segment remains consistent across all                  papers and has a weightage of 15%. To ace the exam, aspirants must also be well-versed in four years of Engineering curriculum. MAKE SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM PLANS: In order to manage the extensive syllabus, aspirants must make both short-term (daily) and long-term (fortnightly and monthly) plans. It can be difficult to balance college classes and coaching sessions. As a result, setting realistic daily and monthly goals is the best way to manage this. Furthermore, some topics will necessitate additional time to fully comprehend. As a result, aspirants must set aside time to prepare for these topics. LEARNING TO APPLY CONCEPTS:  Simply memorizing concepts will not help you pass the GATE exam. Aspirants must learn how to apply these concepts. Because the exam contains more numerical questions than theoretical questions, aspirants should attempt as many numerical-based questions as possible to strengthen their conceptual understanding. PRACTICE USING THE VIRTUAL CALCULATOR:  Understanding how to use the Virtual Calculator provided to candidates on the day of the exam is one of the most effective ways to prepare for the GATE exam. Aspirants can avoid unnecessary stress and time waste during the exam by learning how to use the Virtual Calculator ahead of time. REGULAR REVISION: Revision is essential in exam preparation because it allows aspirants to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. An ideal practise cycle is to study a topic for 7 days and then revise it. The next revision can be done after 15 days, followed by another 30 days. Following a cyclical pattern of revision will help aspirants retain information and perform better. While it is critical that aspirants concentrate on their studies, it is also critical that they maintain good mental and physical health. As a result, it is critical that the candidate eats healthy foods, gets enough sleep, and takes regular breaks between study sessions. During such breaks, one can also engage in a hobby to refresh themselves and maintain concentration levels.

Top 10 Reasons Why You Should Study in Australia

So many people I know study abroad in Western countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States. It can be challenging to decide where to study abroad. If you prefer to live on a less densely inhabited island surrounded by beaches or in heavily populated urban areas, Australia could be an excellent choice. Here are some reasons why you should consider studying in Australia. 1. Reputable Colleges The University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, and Australian National University, for example, have unquestionably been very popular places to study, but many other universities are beginning to become known for their research and graduates. Australia is a country with many top-notch universities that rank highly internationally. Australia is without a doubt a fantastic place to receive a graduate degree (independent of the potential that it's solely for study abroad) despite having fewer university options than other countries. 2. Any Major Is Welcome Here For science majors and environmental biologists searching for more biodiversity in their studies, Australia is a terrific site (University of Tasmania, University of Western Sydney and University of Queensland, which known for its advanced medical programs). In any case, practically every other major, including culinary (Le Cordon Bleu Australia), communications, business, and veterinary science, would also benefit greatly from studying abroad in Australia. 3. Serving International Students Well International students may work up to 40 hours every two weeks while their study is in session and unrestricted hours during any course break, but you must first confirm that your visa permits you to do so before starting any paid job. Going overseas, taking lessons, looking for a temporary employment, and attempting to take in the sights might be challenging. To help students obtain experience and money, various universities and organisations offer internships and work placements.   4. Talk in the Same Language Australians speak English, therefore regardless of whether you're learning a second language or not, you can understand them. As a result, even if you have an odd accent, Australians will understand what you're saying, so you don't have to worry about making awkward hand gestures or getting lost in translation. 5. Activities That Are Fun For Students Australia's biggest cities are ideal for students to live, work, and attend school. You will likely have a local hangout to visit every day of the week because there are cafes, gyms, and bars all over the place. A wonderful method to meet people and attend events throughout the week is to join community groups and societies at Australian universities. 6. Ideal Place Australia's geographic location makes it quite simple to travel to nearby islands and nations, such as New Zealand, which is a well-liked vacation spot for both tourists and students. Additionally, Tasmania, Christmas Island, and South East Asia are all nearby. 7. Stunning Beaches Australia is home to some of the world's most stunning beaches, including Bondi Beach in Sydney and the Gold Coast in Queensland. Australia offers some of the best beaches in the world for surfing. There is ideal white sand for tanning if that's what you prefer to do. Try the Far North Queensland and the Great Barrier Reef if you want to snorkel with marine life. 8. Exotic Animals Australia has one of the world's most diversified biological landscapes. Some of the cutest species on the planet, like the koala, quokka, and kangaroo, call it home. Culture Diversity 9. When you study abroad, you will be exposed to a completely different culture from the one you are used to. Australia is the second-most cosmopolitan country in the world, and the fact that a quarter of its people are immigrants is reflected in the cuisine, way of life, and cultural customs and experiences of the nation. International students can learn about various cultures, venture beyond of their comfort zones, and broaden their horizons thanks to Australia's variety. 10. Special Food You should definitely eat some of the classic Australian cuisine while you're here if you plan on travelling throughout Australia and hanging out with some locals. The Australian BBQ is Australia's most popular gastronomic pastime. Australians use the BBQ, sometimes known as the "barbie," to interact with friends and family. It's hilarious but utterly incorrect to say, "Let's put another shrimp on the barbeque!" Simple Student Visas Getting a student visa to study in Australia is not too difficult. The visa application process is quick, and there are always organisations or guides available to assist you. In general, you need to have enough money to pay for your tuition and living expenses in order to study in Australia, whether that money comes from scholarships, grants, or your own pocket. It could be necessary to have health insurance and a current physical. Along with a passport, of course, English proficiency is also necessary.

Interests Know yourself: Before you hop on to a particular career path, it is essential that you must know yourself thoroughly. It is always preferred to have a hold of your likes and dislikes. evaluate your interests and skills: As you will be directing your life towards one single path, it is important that you enjoy doing it. With a strong grip over your strengths and weaknesses. Designing a career plan is a gradual process that can be started right after you complete high school. It should reflect your skills, achievements, and aspirations. By the time you prosper in your life, you can go on adding things and arranging the contents in it according to your priority. It becomes essential that you revisit your formulated layout to assess what your next course of action should be. Personality: decisions taken in rush, individuals tend to enter a job profile or industry wherein they find it difficult to adjust. Thus, it is mandatory to do a personality check and know about the Do’s and Don’ts. You can take various personality tests online and get to know yourself better. The revolutionary AI-technology for the best career choices and opportunities abroad has helped ubecome the most trusted service providers in the field among aspirants. In today’s scenario, there are a plethora of options available other than the conventional ones. Get the Right Degree: Once you have narrowed down your career option, predominantly you should work upon attaining the appropriate education required to pursue a career in the desired field. During the time you graduate from your high school, the decisions are highly influenced by your parents. You may choose to follow a career path that suits your interest and fits your need. By the time you plan to seek admission in college, the decisions you take become more consequential which can have a life-changing impact on you. While it is crucial to have a career plan all along your journey, you need professional guidance to help you design one. It might seem an unimportant task to fill a paper with your aspirations and goals, but the same quality has been seen in personalities who are successful in their careers Don’t limit yourself: Avoid the question “what do you do?” which implies that anyone can sum up their entire life with one title. Don’t lock yourself up in a box that’s titled “software developer” because then you’ll never be able to even think of becoming a poet, a journalist or a fashion designer. You can have as many labels as you want. You are allowed to change. You owe explanations only to yourself. Define your passions: Work takes the majority of our time. So we better make sure we are extremely thrilled about what we do. A good pay check and benefits might seem exciting but that could only last a few months. You need to be excited every day when you wake up. You must be eager when you start your workday, so much that you wouldn’t count the minutes until it’s over A good rule of thumb — think of things you do (or used to do) that are interesting and fun so much that time passes by without you even realizing. Those things that make you skip a meal by accident or stay up all night. It’s never too late to change Whether you worked as a PA in a law firm for the past five years or you recently decided to enroll to medicine studies — it’s never too late to change. Understanding this step is as crucial as all the previous ones. Sometimes we realize that we’ve made a wrong decision. And sometimes passion wears off. There’s no shame in it. Any expert investor knows that you don’t want to hold on to a bad investment. At some point you have to accept your loss. Life is very much the same. Changes and new investments are required for continued growth.

Do you need a degree or just YouTube to be a marketer today

What is Marketing? Marketing refers to activities a company undertakes to promote the buying or selling of a product or service. Marketing includes advertising, selling, and delivering products to consumers or other businesses. Some marketing is done by affiliates on behalf of a company. Marketing is an umbrella term used to describe the actions of a brand, service, entrepreneur, or anyone that needs to gather customers and promote their products. These actions are depicted in a marketing plan and involve the overall strategy, from attracting new prospective users to maintaining a healthy relationship. Since maintaining a healthy relationship with prospects is what marketing studies aims to teach the other majors, let’s go ahead and explore the exact ways in which marketing studies is important to all other fields. Advantages of Studying Marketing Regardless of the field you want to pursue, studying marketing can complete or bring new life to your career path. 1. Self-promotion and a more competitive skillset Marketing studies gives a unique competitive advantage: You can learn how to promote yourself and your work. After all, marketing studies helps you understand the true meaning of value: The value of the product and the value of the person or brand that delivers said product. While trying to make it as a young professional, standing out can be challenging; this is where marketing studies takes the lead. The set of skills you can develop while studying marketing can give you more confidence and turn you into a more in-demand professional that can present yourself and your product or service in a way nobody else can. Self-promotion is crucial to success. Therefore, through marketing studies, a young professional can understand the way competitors and already established professionals perceive value in their field and use that to their advantage to bring value to themselves and their skills. After all, marketing and marketing actions bring forth the standards that something - a product, a service, anything - needs to meet to be successful, and create better consumers. The same principle applies to professionals of any kind. 2. Consumer psychology knowledge Consumer psychology is the study of all the variants that influence a prospect's decision-making. Since young professionals "sell" their skills, a prospect can be anyone from a hiring manager to a classroom, if the person in question is a teacher - a career path that is as far away from marketing as possible, in everyone's mind. Prospects make decisions based on what they perceive as truth. A marketer in the making or someone that has studied marketing can figure out the reasons behind that decision-making process and go more in-depth, perhaps go beyond profit and help others truly flourish. Marketing studies can help you understand how prospects go about making decisions about a product or a service. These decisions are not based on the truth in and of itself, but a version of the truth the prospects can grasp in relation to the product and how it can better their lives. Understanding that perception allows you to use it to your advantage, as you can self-promote and show the prospect why their services are useful. Even more so in a way that they will welcome and understand, based on their lifestyle habits. 3. More career options There is no field that doesn’t use some marketing principles, especially in today's digital world. From administrative positions to business management, marketing studies are needed for various reasons that have nothing to do with self-promotion. Marketing is what brings consumers and products together. Therefore, it can control the way an organization or business functions. Since marketing skills are as versatile as they are, companies look for them for their employees. Business executives need to know how to conduct marketing research that makes sense. Also, salespeople need to understand why their product is good enough to stand out, out of the variety of products out there that serve the same purpose. Even those into product development need to understand core marketing principles, to prioritize the needs of a new product and the features they will need to create first. How Marketing Helps Freelancers For freelancers, their work is their chance to market themselves. Therefore, they need to grasp some of the basic marketing principles to promote their work first: Freelancers with some marketing knowledge know how to analyze data, research their ideal audience, and come forth with the result to do their work and their audience justice. Another benefit of studying marketing for freelancers would be the ability to pick the ideal platform they could use, especially if they know how to use digital platforms. The great thing about digital platforms is that they offer a low- or zero-cost solution to promoting a freelancer's work. So, freelancers who can benefit from some marketing knowledge through analytics, customer psychology, or even some great content that can ease prospects further down the sales funnel, are one step ahead. The Type of Skills Marketing Develops Communication and analytical skills Nothing says "communicator" like a good marketer with the time and patience to listen and learn from their prospects. This type of patience and understanding is necessary for all professionals of any kind. As we all know, every business relies on customers - nurturing them, approaching them, and listening to their needs takes much effort, even more so when brands are required to listen and create something worthwhile. No brand doesn’t love professionals who can read report after report and make educated decisions. Understanding the customer, the student, the hiring manager, and anyone you will have to convince is crucial for your future. Understanding human interaction and what it means to each person involved can make a difference between convincing and cooperating with the audience, whatever that may be, and losing an opportunity. That type of understanding would not be possible without the use and in-depth understanding of data. An arrow in the marketing skill set quiver is that type of understanding. No brand doesn’t love professionals who can read report after report and make educated decisions. Salespeople, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs - not just marketers - everyone needs to have that functional knowledge of data interpretation. It leads to accurate planning, concrete strategies, and a working understanding of the customers themselves. It’s easy to see how marketing studies can benefit everyone in any position and profession from everything mentioned above. But what about the personal advantages and the life skills gained through marketing studies? Personal advantages of marketing As said before, marketers are usually good communicators. To be a good communicator, you need to be a good listener first. Good listeners are great at gathering and analyzing data, and making the right decision at the right time, both in your personal and professional lives. What’s more, marketing studies can cultivate social and people skills. Great marketers listen to their audience; they interact with them, continually looking for ways to improve or even re-invent their approach in favor of their customers. This is a skill needed in everyone's day-to-day lives, especially when tackling problems and needing to think of more than one solution. Lastly, marketing can teach you how to work on a budget. Marketing budgets are often a sore subject, and marketers are forever looking for unique ways to lower costs without compromising their campaigns' quality. This is how "low-cost, non-tactical" marketing - also known as guerilla marketing — began, proving that a marketer is resourceful enough to do wonders on a budget. Quick tips for youngsters struggling for time management

Managing time not only makes us complete our work but also give us ample time for ourselves. People can work smarter when they learn to manage their time effectively. However, each human is wired uniquely different. It Increases Your Productivity: If you manage your time effectively, it adds to your productivity levels. Assigning a fixed time for all the tasks to be done in a day lets you plan your day in advance and enables you to do more tasks in less time. But you should remember that this will only be effective if you do your work on time, procrastination will definitely have a negative effect on your productivity. It Keeps Your Work Organised: The best way of time management for students is to create and follow a fixed timetable for each day. This is beneficial for students since they will have a clear idea of the different tasks to be done each day, and they could also easily mark the tasks as done after completing them. This will make your daily tasks organised and you can even choose to do the more important ones first by putting them at the top of the things-to-do list. Positive Effect On Health: Good time management efforts also reflect on your health. When you manage your time effectively, you don’t have to stay up late to finish your tasks. Cutting down on your sleep time will lead to tiredness, which will hamper your schedule for the day. Getting a good night’s sleep is essential for your brain and body to recharge itself, and this reflects positively on your health and energy levels. More Time For Extracurricular Activities: When you have a fixed schedule for all your tasks for the day, you get an idea of the extra time you will have left after completing all your tasks. You can schedule your tasks in a way so that you get more time to do what you love. This can include hobbies like drawing, painting, singing, dancing, photography etc, or you can even go cycling or jogging to get some fresh air to refresh yourself. It Helps in Stress Reduction: Not completing your studies, assignments and projects can cause you to be stressed out. Taking care of our mental health is very important for everyone, and since students often get increased stress and anxiety levels due to the pressure of studies, it reflects on their poor performance. Effective time management can help you in lessening this mental pressure, which will also boost your confidence and energy levels. No Last-minute Cramming of Syllabus: One problem that students often face is not completing their syllabus on time. This leads to them cramming up all the chapters just before the exams, which undoubtedly makes them get lower scores than they expected. With proper techniques of time management for students, they can not only complete studying the chapters in their syllabus on time, but also have some extra time left for their revisions. Plan out each day: Although it is likely that plans can change, don’t let it get in the way of your planning. Putting aside a few minutes each night or evening at the end of your workday to plan out tomorrow can help you wake up the next day ready to take it on! Plan out and prioritize your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks One of the best ways I create schedules is through planners. Go to the store and buy yourself a planner. Then start filling in the due dates of tasks for the month and list them in order of prioritization. Once this is done, you can then start building out a weekly schedule and plans for each individual day. Don’t forget to leave some areas of free time in case something gets in the way and you’ll have the extra time to complete it! By planning and creating schedules, you can help make your life run more smoothly! You can also check off the tasks you finished, which in turn will make you feel more productive. Time management is the art of making the optimum utilization of your time on different activities to achieve your desired goals of life. Managing your time is the key to success. The problem is that there is no standard time schedule that can work for all people. Your time management depends on various factors like your nature and the goals to be achieved. You have to develop your own time management formula which can make you productive and successful. Identification of Goal: If you don’t know where to go, you would never reach anywhere in life. If you keep changing your goal post frequently, you would never be able to score success. The key to success lies in identifying your goals of life. You can have one or more goals in your life like getting a good job, maintaining good family relationship, start your own company, keeping good health etc. You must be specific in your goals in order to procced in the right direction. The real challenge in goal setting is to eliminate many less important goals from your life. For example, if you wish to become a top civil service officer, you may have to forget about doing jobs, MBA or research or become a writer or singer. People don’t want to lose anything since the pain of losing something immediately is much greater than the joy of gaining something in future. Unless you are willing to let go less important things of life, you can’t achieve most important things in your life. Prioritizing: Even if we have many goals, but their priorities keep changing with time. For example, when we have examination on our head, we may have to make studies the top priority. However, once exams are over, studies may be given last priority for some time. You must be able change your priorities depending upon the context. Planning and Scheduling: Abraham Lincoln once said, “Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe”. You must spend a good amount of time to plan your work. Planning should be done on annual, monthly and daily basis. You must keep some margin for the unplanned events as well so that you meet the deadlines set by you. Your goals should be ambitious but reasonable which can be achieved with little more effort than you usually do. You must plan for the day every morning and follow up the schedule. If there is some loss of time due to unavoidable reason, make up that time by putting up extra effort so that you keep your schedule intact. Keeping Variety: Our mind gets bored by doing the same thing for a long time. We must vary the activities over the course of the day and the week. For example, we can plan a movie or an event in the weekend. We can also allocate different time for doing different subjects or different type of activities within the same subject. We can also vary our input methods like books, internet, video, discussion with friends etc. for learning. Emphasis on Quality: Many people focus on quantity and believe that more is better. They study as many books as possible for examinations. They work as long hours in the office as they can. Instead of focusing on the outcome, they are focused on inputs. You must rather focus on the outcome and efficiency. The path that gives maximum output with minimum input is the best. Perform one work at a time and take up the next work only when first is over. Delegate: Instead of doing everything yourself, learn to delegate or outsource the work to people. The more you delegate, the more time you have to focus on doing the quality work. However, keep monitoring the work that is delegated and spend time to guide your subordinates to maintain the quality standards. Revision and Feedback: It is said that practice makes one perfect. Only when you practice the same thing over several times, you would be able to master it. Instead of devoting more time for learning in one go, divide it for original reading plus multiple revisions. In your professional life, you can get constant feedback of your decisions so that you can do the necessary modifications to achieve the goals. Avoid Diversions: It is difficult to concentrate on something important but it is easy to break the concentration. Once the concentration is broken, it takes a long time to focus again. You must switch off all the notifications on mobile and keep your phone on silent mode to avoid any diversion. You can allot fixed time every day for watching TV, and using email. Facebook. WhatsApp etc. Avoid Stress: When we are under stress, our efficiency goes down drastically. You can’t run long distance with huge rucksack on your back. Stress can even immobilize you and make you numb. Pain is always more powerful than pain. When we are undergoing any type of physical, mental or emotional pain, we can’t focus on the task in hand. Avoid all forms of stress and avoiding doing things that brings stress. Don’t engage in illegal or immoral activities which gives short time pleasure but long time pain. Be Positive: When you are positive, your mind works at its best. The positive emotional like love, faith, hope improves your efficient and hence you make best use of your time. Avoid doing negative things and avoid being in the company of negative people. Don’t allow the negative thoughts to seep into your mind and fill your mind always with positive thoughts. Prayers, company of positive people and reading inspirational books can help your eliminate negativity from your life.

How to Keep Yourself Motivated to Study

Find Your Spot A comfortable chair in a place that has minimal distractions can surely help you focus better. Over a period of time, your mind will eventually start associating that spot exclusively with productivity, focus and learning. So, the next time you sit down to study, clear your desk. Keep your phone away, remove any object that could meddle with your attention and place only the essentials on your desk. If you are studying online, close all the unwanted tabs and block any unnecessary websites that you might feel tempted to check. Take a Stroll What happens when you exercise? Endorphins are pumped into your bloodstream! This hormone erases the lingering fatigue and brain fog, restoring focus and improving your mood. So, a nice 30-minute walk might be just what you need to focus on studying. It nudges you in the right direction, getting you back on the productivity track. Go Easy in the Beginning   It’s definitely not a great idea to start with the most challenging chapters at a time when you are already struggling to focus. The next time you find yourself in such a situation, go over the previous chapter you recently studied or choose a topic that you know will be easy for you to learn. By doing this, you will not only keep the momentum going but also be able to focus better. Don’t Forget to Reward Yourself All work and no play means you will find your motivation and focus fading in a very short period of time. Thus, it is important to treat yourself to something you love once in a while. You can pick anything — an episode of your favourite show, an hour of gaming or even a scoop of a new ice cream flavour. Remember, a little self-appreciation can do great wonders. Keep up your motivation Once you accomplish the tasks in the list, cross-out the task and reward yourself. Treat yourself with your favourite snack or play a video game or take a walk in the neighbourhood or anything else that you find relaxing. During home learning or home tutoring, such positive reinforcement can keep you going. Manage Time When you opt for home tutoring sessions or online classes, you may lose track of time. Utilize your time management skills to tackle it. Plan your study schedule and the time needed to study each subject. Set yourself realistic targets. Let the sessions be optimal. Keep learning and have fun Where applicable, learn concepts by implementing them in real-life scenarios. This is especially true in subjects like Maths and Science. Take time to explore, conduct fun experiments and understand the concepts better and deeper. Focus on One Thing Multitasking may not work for everyone and it can even become a distraction for some. Especially because giving 100% attention to all tasks is impossible. Get More Done-One Thing at a Time. Zack says that multitasking is a myth and we can actually be more productive by taking up one task at a time. Take a Cue From Nature One of the easiest ways to be more productive in studies is by making the most of the time when your energy levels are high. Look at the Long Term Getting things done on a daily basis without a goal is not helpful. There needs to be a long term goal to be more productive in your studies. Establish reasonable goals for a study session. You probably won’t get very far if you look at your study session as "mission impossible." Use a motivational poster The poster should include positive words and a picture depicting success. You can buy one or even make your own. You can also read inspirational stories about real people who have achieved success through effort. Reality check of your life : Daily try to connect dots of your purpose with your target, Meditate daily, See where you stand now in your life and where you want to be in few years, Check your ground reality , Knit your priorities over distractions.

What is the exam pattern of JEE main and advanced

Candidates who closely observe and follow the exam pattern will not only be able to prepare a successful study plan but they can ultimately perform well and achieve a better result in the exam. Check the JEE Pattern below! While the JEE Main syllabus is mainly mapped according to the NCERT textbooks, NTA does prescribe a separate syllabus for JEE. It comprises topics covered in class 11th and 12th standard, including Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. The questions asked in the JEE Main exam are easy but require a lot of intelligent work, practice, and adequate preparation. One of the significant challenges generally faced by students is the time constraint. To overcome this, students need to develop adept problem-solving skills and time management skills to ensure the successful completion of the examination. Moreover, before starting their preparations, students should acquire an in-depth and clear understanding of every topic covered in the syllabus of JEE Main. Therefore, candidates should read the syllabus at least once before studying. This exercise will help them gain insight into all the introductory chapters or topics they should focus on. Additionally, they can formulate a proper study plan accordingly.   JEE-Main and JEE-Advanced in Terms of Difficulty Level It is a well-known fact that the JEE-Advanced is much more difficult than the JEE-Main. The aim of JEE-Main is to make sure that students understand their class 11th and 12th syllabus properly. However, the JEE-Advanced is more geared towards evaluating the analytical and problem-solving skills of the student. JEE-Main and JEE-Advanced in Terms of Syllabus The JEE-Main syllabus is the same as the CBSE syllabus. But the JEE-Advanced has a slightly different syllabus. There are some topics in JEE-Main that are not in the JEE-Advanced syllabus. For instance, chapters like Chemistry in Everyday Life, Semiconductors, and transistors aren’t a part of the JEE-Advanced syllabus. JEE-Main and JEE-Advanced in Terms of Eligibility Getting a top JEE-Main rank makes you eligible for a seat at NITs and IIITs. However, a good performance in the JEE-Advanced will fetch you an IIT.  While there were a few modifications made to the exam pattern in 2019, for the 2021 exam NTA has yet   again introduced some new changes. They are as follows.  Four sessions of the exam instead of two. The Paper 1 exam will be held in February, March, April and May. However, Paper 2A and Paper 2B (B. Arch & B. Planning) will be held only twice a year (February & May 2021). Paper 1 will now consist of 90 questions where 20 questions will be asked in section a and 10 in section b. Students can answer a total of 75 questions – 20 questions in section a and 5 questions in section b for each subject – Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Paper 2A is only set for B.Arch. courses. It will consist of 82 total questions out of which students can attempt only 77 questions (Mathematics- 25; Aptitude- 50; Drawing- 2). The total marks allotted is 400. Paper 2B will consist of 105 questions and students can attempt 100 questions. The paper will also be out of 400 marks. For Paper 2A and Paper 2B, candidates can answer any 5 out of the 10 questions in numerical value-based part in the Mathematics section. The question papers will be set in 13 different languages. JEE Main Exam Pattern: JEE Main will be held in four sessions. The first session of the exam is being conducted in the month of February while the other sessions will be held in the month of March, April and May. However, notifications and circulars about the exam are usually released on the official website and candidates should keep a close eye on the updates and refer them to know the latest details about the exam.   JEE Main Paper I Exam Pattern  Course B.
