IGNOU

The largest open university in the world is the Indira Gandhi National Open University, also referred to as the "People's University" or IGNOU. Its dynamic student grooming and highly regarded distance education programmes have earned it recognition as a Centre of Excellence in Distance Education by the Commonwealth of Learning. It offers certificate and diploma programmes in addition to undergraduate and graduate courses. 

Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning
