We understand the risk they take while they invest time and effort with a study guide, and we ensure the risk is informed and calculated.

  • We Provide regular performance feedback – quarterly at a minimum, monthly or weekly. Waiting until the end of the year to provide feedback does not support accountability of optimum performance
