Faculty Training Program

  1. FIITJEE

Candidates need to attend training in Delhi, Chennai or Hyderabad after joining. However, training can happen at any FIITJEE Centre location, but until the prevailing conditions normalize, the training process will be conducted Online.

During / After completion of training, the candidates may be chosen to be placed in the respective categories, based on their communication, personality outlook, personality traits, IQ and performance in various parameters of training.

FIITJEE is the only institute that gives structured and complete training to the faculty members. The aim of the training is to ensure that each faculty member is thorough in his / her subject and proficient in all such activities which assist in imparting sound training to young aspirants preparing for various entrance examinations.

Training will also aim to instill FIITJEE's culture, traditions, systems, values, ethics, mission, and vision in the faculty members besides awareness of individual roles and responsibilities towards the organization and related personal growth.

The training period is a minimum of three months, and candidates undergo academically rigorous training and are supervised by a high-ranking faculty. Daily Training Faculty members have to take rigorous lectures and solve workbooks and modules. Based on these trainings, faculties should prepare demonstration lectures and be evaluated by senior faculties on various parameters such as board work, eye contact, etc. Candidates also have to write a test every fortnight. 

Selection Criteria for FTP

Until the prevailing conditions permit us to conduct the process Offline, the entire selection process will be Online. All candidates need to appear in a Proctored Online Subject & IQ Test. The shortlisted candidates will then be evaluated through Online Group Discussion, Model Lecture & Interview.

A. Synergistic preparation for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, XII Boards, KVPY & International Olympiads

     Salary - Rs. 20 lac p.a. to Rs. 2 crore p.a.

B. Synergistic preparation for RMO / IOQM, Jr. Science Olympiad, NTSE, Class IX & X Boards- Science, Math’s, Social Studies & MAT

     Salary - Rs. 8 lac p.a. to Rs. 40 lac p.a.

C. Synergistic preparation for RMO / IOQM, Jr. Science Olympiad, Foundation NTSE & Class VI to VIII School Exams-Science, Math’s, Social Studies & MAT

     Salary - Rs. 7 lac p.a. to Rs. 30 lac p.a.

 

Key Components of Training

  1. Lectures

Senior Faculty take classes and make sure candidates will be provided with handful experience of Classroom Teaching and Doubt Solving Classes., every class has DPP to solve.  Along with the subject knowledge It will help to enhance the skill set which is required to manage students from variety of backgrounds and cultures.

  1. Module Solutions

Training Candidates must complete all module, workbook, and DPP solutions before submitting them to senior faculty for review. It needs to be recorded in a suitable register or dairy. Candidates may ask questions in their individual lectures if they are unable to solve a problem.

  1. Demo Lectures

Following the completion of the relevant classes and module preparation, candidates must prepare the demo lectures on the given topic. Senior professors will evaluate candidates based on a variety of factors, including board work, eye contact, doubt handling, lecture flow and content delivery speed, voice pitch, and many more. They will also provide candidates with helpful advice to help them teach effectively in the classroom.

  1. Tests

Candidates must pass through fortnight test which evaluates the topic and subject knowledge. Candidates must receive at least the required number of points to pass each training exam. If they are unable to pass any of the examinations, they will have to repeat the relevant class, and failing in multiple tests will result in the end of their training as a whole.

  1. Doubt Classes

Candidates also allocate the doubt slots/counters to help active students in the subject/topics who are preparing for JEE/NEET.  Feedback of these session collected from the students who took the doubt session from these candidates and bases on that further level of batch doubt session allocate to these candidates.

  1. Content Development

Candidates also asked to prepare the fresh content like question, brain teasers etc., prepared content will send to the central content team to check the level, quality, plagiarism etc.

 

  1. Live Classes

Candidates may also ask to participate in junior-level classes or lower-level groups where students start from scratch. Or may ask Candidates to record your teaching and evaluate it on all parameters by other candidates or students.

 

Post Training

Most of the candidates qualified for training and about 98% of the final group was selected after FTP. Overall performance is calculated based on a total score based on the above parameters, program participation and overall behavior.

Candidates are ranked based on their cumulative scores. This also brings in the final batch assignments of candidates, cities, centers, and final remuneration.

 

 

  1. Aakash

Aakash Byjus faculty is well-trained and expert in delivering niche learning programs in diverse modes including classroom and live online. All faculty members are evaluated for their academic expertise and equally for other vital skills like communication, understanding of student psychology, mentoring, class management, and personal development to name a few during the recruitment process.

Aakash conducts 1 to 3 months training with their selected candidates, and it is not that rigorous as compared to other institutes. The training would be in their corporate office situated in Delhi.

Aakash Hires candidates from online applications as well as they go to Colleges like IITs/NITs and run recruitment drives also MBBS from reputed Medical College only needs to apply.

Aakash offers Rs. 8 lac p.a. to Rs. 10 lac p.a from their recruitment drive.

Almost all selected candidate for the training qualifies the FTP. Overall performance is calculated based on a program participation and overall behavior. Candidates may send to different Aakash centers post training.

 

  1. Allen

ALLEN give comprehensive training to faculties, before they are entrusted with the teaching responsibilities. Candidates will be screened based on their academic qualifications and experiences. Short listed candidates will undergo written test, Demo & Personal Interview.

The training period is a minimum of six months, and candidates undergo academically rigorous training and are supervised by a high-ranking faculty. Daily candidates have to take rigorous lectures and solve workbooks and modules, The training timing would be 9 AM to 7 PM daily which consist of two-hour lecture followed by assignments. Based on these trainings, faculties should prepare demonstration lectures and be evaluated by senior faculties on various parameters such as board work, eye contact, etc. Candidates also have to write a test every fortnight. 

Allen Hires candidates from online applications as well as they go to Colleges like IITs/NITs/State level colleges and run recruitment drives also MBBS from reputed Medical College only needs to apply.

Allen offers Rs. 10 lac p.a. to Rs. 12 lac p.a from their recruitment drive.

Post Training

  1. Resonance

Resonance gives 3 Months training to faculties, before they are entrusted with the teaching responsibilities. Age should not be more than 30 years as on 30.08.2022. Freshers may also apply.

Remuneration shall be commensurate with qualification & experience and shall not be limiting factor for deserving candidates although Resonance offers 60 K to IITs and 45 K from other institutions or non-engineers with 2-4 years of experience and not hire directly from college recruitment drives.
