IITPatna is introducing six new programmes

Six distinct academic programmes that do not require a JEE score are being introduced by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Patna. Interested candidates can submit an application for these programmes at IIT Patna's official website, iitp.ac.in.

These brand-new initiatives are being introduced in accordance with the NEP-2020 framework with a focus on marketable skills.
The newly introduced programmes include the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Administration (BBA), the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management (AFM), the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mathematics and Computer Science (MCS), the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science and Data Analytics (CSDA), and the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity (AICS) (BBA)
The JEE score will be taken into account for those who were able to qualify, but there are a number of additional alternatives available to candidates as well, including CUCET, SAT(US), NTSE, KVPY, INSPIRE, State level entry, and IITP-SAT.
The programme content and course structure of the new business management courses have also been adjusted to conform with the certification frameworks of national and international professional associations (ICAI, ICSI, ACCA, NSE, and CIMA).

Additionally, candidates will have the chance to get job experience through paid apprenticeship opportunities. There will be 250 students accepted into each programme, bringing the overall enrolment to 1500. The semester costs for management and computer science programmes will be Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 50,000, respectively.
