IIT Madras will offer more joint degree programmes

IIT Madras is currently expanding, with plans to establish an offshore campus in Tanzania and a push to increase the number of collaborations with various foreign universities.
Prof V Kamakoti, Director of IIT Madras, recently spoke with a group of reporters about some of the institute's ongoing projects. According to the Centre's NIRF rankings, IIT Madras is India's best higher educational institute.
